In some cases, you may have registered multiple PlayMetrics accounts under separate email addresses and would like to merge the accounts under one primary email address (ex. you are registered as a Player Contact for two different Players under different email addresses).
Merging Player Contact Accounts
To merge multiple Player Contact accounts under a single email address, please follow the instructions below.
1) Identify the primary email address you would like your PlayMetrics account to be under.
2) Log in to your PlayMetrics account that is not associated with the primary email address, and add your primary email address as an additional contact in that account.

3) Transfer the account ownership from the secondary email address to the primary email address.

Once the accounts are merged under a single email address, you should be able to see information for both Players under the account associated with the primary email address.
Merging Multiple Account Roles
To merge multiple PlayMetrics accounts with differing roles under a single email address, please follow the instructions below.
1) Ensure the proper email address is associated with your non Player Contact account role. If you would like to change the email address associated with your account, please see the article How do I change my PlayMetrics account email address?
2) Add the email address associated with your non Player Contact account role as an additional contact in your Player Contact account. For more information on how to do so, please see the article Adding Additional (secondary) Contacts to your account (Player/Parents only).
Note: If you are not the account owner of the Player Contact account, the owner of the account will need to add you as an additional contact.
Once the accounts are merged under a single email address, you are able to easily switch account roles while logged in. For more information on switching account roles, please see the article How do I switch between accounts/roles?
