You can update the contact information for your PlayMetrics account in Account Settings.
Note: Once an account has been registered, only that user can update their contact information. An Account Owner cannot edit the contact information for other registered family contacts.
Access Account Settings
On Mobile
Tap the 'Player Contact' dropdown in the top navigation menu.
Tap 'Account' and then tap 'Settings'.
On Desktop
On the left-hand menu, click "Account," then click "Settings."
Change Mobile Phone Number
From Account Settings, click "Change Mobile Phone." You will be prompted to enter your password before making the change. You can change your mobile number, choose to make your number private, or remove your mobile phone number entirely.
Change Primary Email Address
From Account Settings, click "Change Primary Email." Enter your new email address in the two following fields and enter your password to confirm the email address change. Once you are done, click the “Save Changes” button.
A new window will pop-up directing you to check your email for a verification link. There is also a "Resend email" link that will allow you to request a new code if you did not receive the initial one.
You will receive an email from PlayMetrics with a link to verify your new email address. Simply click this link to complete the change.
Once you click the link a message will confirm that you’ve changed your email address and you will be prompted to log in with your new credentials.
