In PlayMetrics you can have one PlayMetrics account associated with multiple clubs (Ex. a player contact for two different clubs). To register for the additional clubs, please follow the directions below:
Registering for an Additional Club via Sign up Link
- Sign in to your PlayMetrics account.
- Follow the registration link the club provided.
- Next is a screen that says You are currently logged in as... Click Continue. This grants your PlayMetrics account access to the second Club.
- Add your Player(s) or Copy Player(s) then click Finish.
Note: If your account is associated with multiple clubs, you need to switch between roles to access each Club. For information on how to switch between roles please see the article How Do I Switch Between Accounts/Roles?.
Copy Player(s)
If you have an existing Player Contact role with another club that has associated players, then register with a new club, you have the option to copy your players.
Note: Only account owners can copy players.
After you log in using the link provided by your new club, you are prompted to add players whose accounts you own. If you do not wish to copy your players, you can manually add them at the bottom of the screen. Follow the + Add players link.
After you select the player(s), you can specify which family contacts should remain for the player in the new club. If the player already exists in the new club, there is a red message indicating this.
Select the player(s) and contact(s) you want to add, then press Finish. When you choose to copy your player(s), the following details copy over:
- birthdate
- player name
- player photo
- gender
- mailing address
After you successfully copy your players, you receive an email from PlayMetrics confirming the players' names that were copied over.
