In order to delete your PlayMetrics account, you will first need to ensure that you are not enrolled in any current subscriptions with your Club. If you are enrolled in a current subscription with your Club and would like to remove your account we recommend reaching out to your Club directly.
Note: You can confirm whether you have any current subscriptions by clicking the CLUB PROGRAMS button in the left-hand menu, and then by clicking the 'Registrations' tab. You should see any current subscriptions on this page, indicated by any upcoming payment installments.
You can delete your PlayMetrics account by following the steps below:
- Click the 'Account' button in the left-hand menu
- Click the 'Settings' button
- Click the 'Leave Club' button
- Confirm your intent to leave the club
- After confirming, click the 'Delete Account' button
This will delete your PlayMetrics account. After deleting your account, you will be logged out and returned to the PlayMetrics Home page.
