In order to make a payment on a subscription or an invoice, please follow the steps below:
On Mobile
- Login to your PlayMetrics account
- Tap "Programs" in the bottom menu
- Tap the dropdown icon (v) toward the top of your screen and tap "Registrations"
- Click the "Make Payment" button on the intended subscription (Note: if the payment is not yet overdue, the button will be green. If the payment is overdue, the button will be red)
- Confirm the subscription you are making the payment on, and click the "Next" button
- Confirm your payment method and complete the payment. If you need to make an update to the payment method, you can do so by clicking the > icon.
After completing the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email in the inbox associated with your PlayMetrics account.

On Desktop
- Login to your PlayMetrics account
- Click CLUB PROGRAMS in the left-hand menu
- Click the "Registrations" tab
- Click the 'Make Payment' button on the intended subscription (Note: if the payment is not yet overdue, the button will be green. If the payment is overdue, the button will be red)
- Confirm the subscription you are making the payment on, and click the 'Next' button
- Confirm your payment method and complete the payment. If you need to make an update to the payment method, you can do so by clicking the > icon.
After completing the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email in the inbox associated with your PlayMetrics account.
